The HR Shared Services Coordinator will provide high quality, comprehensive support on key HR processes and HR transactions that involve supporting applicants at Company from their initial application through their transition to an active employee. This role will deliver exceptional customer service and reliable answers to applicants, employees and people managers. They will also execute on efficient processes resulting in more consistent data and insights.
Serve as initial point of contact for people managers on HR needs and requests related to hiring and onboarding new employees. Engage to determine scope of need, work to resolve issue, and direct to resources; escalate issues when necessary.
Serves as primary point of contact for applicants and guides them to open positions depending on candidate preference, qualifications, and business needs
Facilitate interviews and offers for high volume staffing needs to support our seasonal ramp for both Summer and Winter season
Find opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives within assigned scope of work. Propose solutions and ideas to find more efficient ways to deliver HR support to applicants, employees, and people leaders.
Support HR transactional work related to the efficient onboarding of new and seasonal hires. Work to improve and standardize work to support automation where feasible.
Liaise with Centers of Expertise to deliver employee and manager-facing content and to support questions.
Utilize both an Applicant Tracking System as well as an HR ticketing system to maintain candidate, employee, and hiring manager data and records.
Maintain confidences and sensitive information.
Ensure all Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.
High School diploma or GED equivalent; College Degree preferred
1+ year experience in an HR support or customer service role, preferably in a shared services or call center environment.
Excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes and prioritize tasks.
Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use a PC as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other human capital management software.
Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
