These are the experiences you should have:
Currently enrolled in a Masters level Human Resource/Labor Relations program, or MBA program with a focus on Human Resources graduating in 2021
A minimum of 2-4 years of professional work experience, preferably within a human resources function
Demonstrated ability to influence in a highly matrixed organization
Strong business acumen along with leadership, innovative thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
Aptitude to work strategically in a variety of functions and environments with a global mindset
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Results oriented with a commitment to customer service
