If so, then you may be exactly what we are looking for in our Human Resources Coordinator. The successful candidate will support the School Assessment HR team with high volume temporary employment in our Operations (production/packaging) business group at our Cedar Rapids, IA campus.
Responsibilities include:
• Assist Talent Acquisition Analyst with administrative tasks associated with high volume temporary recruiting and on boarding
• Work one-on-one with applicants and employees in person and by email/phone
• Assist candidates with and ensure completion of online onboarding tasks
• Review/screen applicants in Company database
• Assist with HR Orientation sessions
• Distribute Payroll Cards and collect Card Acknowledgement forms
• Assist hires with accessing ADP Payroll website to enroll in direct deposit
• Complete data entry for hires and process excel spreadsheet uploads
• File employee records and perform other organizational tasks/projects
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong computer skills including data entry, email, MS Office (excel)
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Punctuality, reliability and flexibility required
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle confidential information
• A strong customer service foundation, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude required
• High School diploma or equivalent. College level coursework preferred
Hours for this position will be from 7am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
