We’re looking for a HRIS Coordinator to join Company! Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting our HRIS systems. A large part of your responsibilities will involve maintaining the integrity of the data within our systems.
What you’ll do:
• Process new hire and employee changes in Workday
• Maintain the integrity of our HRIS systems data
• Provide user account management for employees
• Electronically file employee documents
• Run reports on a regular and ad hoc basis
• Perform a variety of HR-related tasks as needed
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree and prior work experience in HRIS preferred
• Impeccable attention to detail
• A multitasker who can quickly adapt to various situations
• Ability to exercise sound judgment
• Excellent communications skills
• An active Snapchatter with a passion for creativity!
