The HR Specialist in Compensation and Benefits will support our Global Total Rewards team, with specific responsibility for the UK and EMEA, regarding benefits and compensation management and administration. The Company compensation and benefits team operates on a global level and this role will be asked to assist and support across multiple countries/regions on various compensation and benefits projects.
This role will be focused on many different aspects of total rewards, including:
◦ Manages key external provider relationships with our benefits providers
◦ Annual enrollment
◦ Works internally with the Global Benefits Team, Global Compensation Team, finance and payroll
◦ Spearheads UK/EMEA annual enrollment
◦ Benefits system administrator
UK Pension Administration
◦ Main point of contact for UK professionals for the stakeholder pension plan
◦ Direct management of relationship with Account team
EMEA Compensation & Benefits Administration
◦ Management of all benefit renewals for EMEA in partnership with HR
Compensation Consultant & Compensation Management
◦ Manages relationships with region Survey Providers
◦ Benchmarking, pay range development & job family coordination
As a necessary aspect of the management, personnel or pay administration functions, this position has access to confidential personnel records and pay information not otherwise available. This position is responsible for protecting and maintaining the privacy of such records and information.
This position can sit in our Houston, TX or Overland Park, KS locations.
Understanding of UK & EMEA compensation & benefits
Experience with PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
Certified Benefits Professional (CBP)
HR Generalist experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related area
5+ years of compensation or benefits experience
