Responsible for providing support to the Global Stores Associate Relations team in order to drive the growth of the organization. The primary responsibilities include creating presentations for training, creating content for communication to the stores’ management teams, fielding intake emails or calls to the Associate Relations team and compiling data to improve HR related activities. Provide the Associate Relations team with business-critical data to assist in decision-making. Additional responsibilities include project management and ability to build business partnerships with various cross functional teams.
• Assist with HR Communication and Training Document creation and management (examples are training documents, organizational charts, letters of employment, etc.)
• Assist with collecting data for HR cases
• Process electronic forms to support Store Management using various systems
Intern candidates must be available to work in New Albany, Ohio starting Fall 2019 through Spring 2020, with option to extend
University student, pursuing degree in HR or related field preferred
