Qualifications
Consolidated Requirements
- Exhibits strong customer service skills, presenting products and services while proactively educating clients on utilizing available access channels
- Delivers exceptional customer experience by acting with a customer first attitude
- Ability to make personal connections, engage customers and always be courteous and professional in a team environment and proactively collaborates with others to help customers
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate and connect customers to technology
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations
- Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely
- Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency
- Conduct research as needed
- (Call Center specific) Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools
- (Branch specific) Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures and regulatory and banking requirements
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- College degree or military equivalent strongly preferred; High school degree, GED or foreign equivalent required
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and time management
- (Branch specific) Partnering with Specialists (Financial Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers), to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs
- Exudes confidence with clients when sharing product knowledge and solutions
- (Branch specific) Possesses drive, initiative and knowledge to provide financial options for customers using a consultative approach
- (Banker specific) At least one year experience in: Retail banking sales, or Financial services sales, or Consultative relationship sales role in a related industry, with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships and delivering results
- Work schedules will vary. Candidates must be willing to work schedules during our operating hours, which include evenings and weekends. Specific information will be provided by the Recruiter
