The Core Wealth Management Bookkeeping Support organization provides project development for 10 large scale applications including GBR, ASAP and Brokerage Authorization. This position will provide project, design and development support for business and operations.
The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience across operations as well as experience communicating at the senior level. The candidate will spend a large percentage of time analyzing how new or current technology platforms can be enhanced to support strategic initiatives. The role requires strong ability to work up, down and across the organization in order to drive results.
Enterprise Role Overview:
The purpose of the role is to support and foster the overall service strategy for Wealth Management. The associate managers a diverse team, placing focus on mentoring, coaching and training, the business support structure, problem resolution and service efficiencies. Their broader responsibilities include identifying and implementing strategic service and technology solutions, working closely with business partners across diverse business to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels, as well as vendor and project management.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of project management experience in an Operations or Service type environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Developing and implementing a strategic direction
Takes decisive action when issues appear and understands responsibilities for issue resolution
Willing to work when needed in order to drive issues to closure (weekends/after hours when necessary)
Ability to manage multiple and/or conflicting priorities
Experience working with business and technology Agile teams as well traditional waterfall technology development
