Position Summary: The Guest Services Lead Worker is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. The Guest Services Lead worker may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Company location based on client requirements and business needs.
Schedules and assigns daily work assignments the guest services team and oversees completion of tasks
Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed
Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Responsible for entering employee availability and keeping up to date records of the campus/service line Master Schedule. The master schedule requires understanding of Excel spreadsheet utilization particularly in areas of using formulas, Color Coding, Cross Check Sheets, etc.
Process PTO Slips/PTO Calendar, PTO Cut Off Date/Currently Scheduling, Switch Forms, Open Shifts Sheet, assist with the Cross Training Grid, Code Sheet, Changes to a posted schedule, etc.
Processes attendance, Call Off Forms, Typing up an Attendance Coaching Form, Call Off Email, Attendance Tracker, No Call/No Show, Weekend/Holiday Call Off Log, and Job Abandonment items in cooperation with Human Resources and upper management.
Act as a HIRING assistant primarily in the Interview Set Up, Extending an Employment Offer, supporting 2nd Day Onboarding, etc.
Support payroll processes through KRONOS by Entering Schedules, supporting Daily Time Checks, Time Edit Forms, Payroll, PTO Email, OT Report, Entering Salaried Exempt Timecards, KRONOS Downtime, Weekly KRONOS Check, Payroll Deductions, Retropay Forms, Punching In/Out, View Timecard
View Schedule, Override Punch on Time Clock, Time Card Exception Report, KRONOS Rules, and Paycheck Codes.
Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Previous guest services experience required
Supervisory experience in a related role preferred
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrate organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs
