Your Role and Responsibilities
The Growth Product Manager will define, implement, and measure differentiated offerings that focus on community growth of platform usage and winning in emerging markets. The product manager will work across Company and collaborate with cross-discipline teams on development, design, marketing, communications and sales to deliver the most impactful offerings.
The Product Manager will lead the roadmap for Company Q community growth strategy. Combining deep product knowledge and analytical expertise with excellent prioritization and relationship skills, this position will work among all applicable business units and departments.
Effective product management includes gathering and prioritizing user needs, defining the roadmap, and leading the cross functional team to deliver metrics dashboards. An essential part of product management is to oversee both roadmaps and overall business unit strategy to ensure goals are met. Position success will be measured by criteria such as business and market success, timely delivery of innovation, product quality, and personal social eminence.

Role ( Job Role )
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
3+ years of enterprise product experience
Deep experience with at least 2 of the following: Amplitude, Segment, Tableau, Postgres, Google Analytics, and/or other statistical software
Knowledge of marketing funnels, growth hacking, and digital marketing
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at a time
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience, MBA or advanced degree preferred
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Strong project management skills with a commitment to be highly organized and determination to meet deadlines
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
A proactive and positive attitude
Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think creatively and use sound judgement when making business decisions
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
An innovation mindset
Must be a US citizen
Up to 10% or 1 day a week
