Company’s greeter welcomes our guest to the store. Provide superior customer service, help answer any of our guest questions, and will direct them to another teammate for additional assistance if they are unable to answer any questions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcomes customers as they enter the store and provides assistance to them including answering general questions about Company and the store.
Directs customers to services and/or merchandise or, if they are unable to answer their questions, provide the customer with another teammate who will be able to help.
Ensures entrance way areas and shopping carts are cleanly maintained. Always conducts themselves in accordance to STAR service.
Responds to all security alarms to identify the cause, reviews customers purchases and receipts when an alarm is triggered, de-activates merchandise if appropriate or requests customer pays for items not properly purchased.
Logs all alarms and alerts LP all suspicious activities.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of all policies affecting check-out procedures.
Able to communicate with and be assertively friendly with customers.
Must demonstrate Company’s commitment to provide exceptional customer service.
We provide general merchandise, Pharmacy, and Optical services in our store formats of Company, Company Hometown, and Company Express.
