Company is seeking a Global Supply Chain Program Manager to join our Global Corporate Procurement team.
The individual selected for this role will:
Manage strategic programs designed to deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Lead cross-functional teams spanning across Company’s many diverse businesses.
Design and execute programs that can scale with Company’s global growth.
These strategic programs are procurement-focused, requiring supply chain, procurement, and program management expertise to execute successfully.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
Possess a strong supply chain and procurement background, with an in-depth understanding of best-in-class practices and experience in identifying innovative sourcing strategies.
Possess a program management background with demonstrated experience leading medium-to-large projects.
Be a strong negotiator with proven experience in developing and executing negotiation strategies.
Display superior ability to work effectively across organizations, anticipate bottlenecks, prioritize, make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
Be able to assess complex projects and programs and break them down into manageable pieces, while communicating with and mentoring teams to allow them to deliver results in a successful and timely manner.
Demonstrate highly developed analytical skills including the ability to quickly synthesize, distill, and draw conclusions from large amounts of disparate data.
Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple competing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
7+ years of Supply Chain / Procurement, and Program Management experience.
Master’s Degree (MBA/MS)
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
