Description
As our Global Supply Chain Finance Director, you’ll be closely involved in decision making processes across multiple time horizons – helping to lead our annual financial planning process and influence global supply chain investments, while also monitoring and driving monthly financial performance.
Key accountabilities will include:
• Working with our Geography Supply Chain and Global Finance teams, you’ll lead our annual financial planning process and influence how we invest in our global supply chain to better serve our customers and consumers
• Lead the monthly forecasting process and monitor performance vs. budget and forecast; create lean global processes to keep leadership well informed of performance
• Identify, track and manage the costs to serve different dimensions of our Integrated Marketplace across each Geography
• Partnering with our performance management and Geography teams, you’ll help plan and drive efficiency from our working capital investment in Inventory
• Leverage industry leading metrics to deliver KPI based performance reviews of our logistics fleet
• Analyze the impact of strategies and investments across our end-to-end supply chain to identify insights, drive financial performance and deliver ROI
• Understand and share best practices across operating units; standardize reporting definitions and act as the primary liaison with Geography Finance Teams with respect to global policy and accounting changes
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analytical work that unlocks business insights and drives sound decision-making on key business issues

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred
• Minimum of 8 years total experience in finance, strategic planning, management consulting, or related fields; previous experience in Supply Chain or Operations Finance or Strategy roles is a plus
• Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and large cross-functional teams, and developing talent
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, investment analysis, economic profit concepts and strategic planning concepts
• Superior written and oral presentation skills; ability to communicate and present to senior management
• Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality; be results-oriented and work collaboratively within a large organization
• Ability to multi-task, adapt and prioritize within a fast paced environment
• Proven track record of being results-oriented with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals
• Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
