We are seeking a highly-skilled, data-driven Senior Program Manager to support the growth of our EU marketplaces by working closely with internal and external stakeholders across the US and EU. This is a highly influential role with an important contribution to the analysis and implementation of new approaches, developing tailor-made solutions for EU Company marketplaces.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and develop marketplace-specific growth plans for our EU marketplaces
- Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop market strategies that meet Customers’ needs
- Work closely with business partners, software engineers, and product teams to deliver complex, high quality, scalable programs around the world
- Collaborate with the product teams to deliver the best product with an efficient use of resources and technologies
- Work with all the stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones
- Design solutions, manage risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the 3P Global Selling business needs versus technical constraints, and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit
- Interface with senior management and other internal and external business/technical partners to communicate program status and risks
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of consulting, engineering or program management experience
- Experience using analytical tools, including Excel and SQL
- Experience using data analysis and reporting to recommend or make business decisions
- Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams and building consensus
- Experience establishing metrics and key performance indicators to manage the business
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree or MBA
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong collaboration skills pulling teams together and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Proven track-record of taking ownership and driving results
- Experience managing cross-functional and cross-geographical stakeholder relationships
- Experience supporting sales organizations, E-Commerce, international trade, logistics, or related industry a plus
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities in English
