A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by Company professionals throughout our organisation. Our Compliance team is responsible for oversight of all Compliance activities by our Company professionals. As part of the team, you’ll help promote and monitor compliance with applicable external and internal policies, laws and regulations and subsequently, manage Company’s regulatory, litigation and reputational risk.

Job Requirements and Preferences:
Minimum Degree Required:
High School Diploma
Minimum Years of Experience:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge, abilities and/or a proven record of success in:
Understanding Ethics & Compliance structure and processes, preferably within a global professional services firm or comparable large enterprise within the private sector;
Identifying and supporting compliance measures required by the Global Risk Management Standards in order to formulate effective compliance policies and practices;
Executing on and support E&C strategic priorities and coordinate projects and programs under the guidance of the lead Director;
Leveraging subject matter specialists for various Ethics and Compliance areas to provide guidance, training and advice to stakeholders throughout the global Company Network, including Territory Subject Matter Specialists, Territory Ethics leaders, OGC, Risk Management and other functional groups;
Developing subject matter specialization regarding Ethics & Business Conduct, Anti-Corruption, and Anti-Trust. Key priorities and projects include the implementation of a global helpline and case management system while understanding and having a background in investigations and use of case management system is a plus;
Influencing, interacting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels;
Working in a multi-cultural and multi-language environment;
Demonstrates ability to work in both a team environment and independently;
Utilizing effective written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with team members and stakeholders in a professional setting;
Defining project schedules and setting priorities, monitoring project progress and providing status updates, assigning tasks and managing priorities and managing conflicts;
Conducting research and analyzing technical matters, while utilizing problem-solving skills both individually and as a team which includes the analysis and review of large and complex data sets and preparation of accurate, concise documentation, and utilizing and demonstrating an aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses; and,
Using the standard suite of Google sheets, docs, forms, meet, sites, to execute related deliverables.
