Company is seeking an experienced Global Account Manager with a successful track record setting and executing on winning strategies in hyperscale data centers. This full-time, customer-facing position requires close collaboration with Company product marketing, solution architects, developer relations, and applied engineering to drive revenue for the company through growth in an account identified as key to the success of Company. The role requires a strong knowledge of the unique needs of the hyperscale space and understanding of how AI and accelerated computing will help enhance applications throughout the data center.
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for all aspects of account management including growth strategy, demand creation, co-selling, forecasting, sales leadership, training, marketing, technical engagements and education to end user customers, OEM's and partners.
Be the key point of contact and relationship owner for a defined set of customers, agencies and surrounding ecosystem
Build and improve the strategic partnership with Company
Develop and lead winning programs and strategies to increase revenue, market share and adoption of Company platforms
Work closely with OEM, SW, and research partners to craft and execute go-to-market plans to accelerate growth and adoption of the Company product family
Define, drive and communicate product strategy for products and features specific to your customer's needs back to Company Product teams
Maintain tight technical collaboration between Company engineering and the customer to drive alignment and prioritization of initiatives.
Evangelize the use of Company products and technologies to end customers and partners
Ability to travel as business requirements dictate
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 8+ years in Account based sales in Enterprise/Hyperscale or High-Performance Computing (HPC) Industries
4+ years Matrix and or direct line management experience
Ability to understand foundational technical concepts around AI, HPC and visualization.
Direct experience in account management, business development or sales role representing systems, software, and related infrastructure
Proven sales success, leadership and goal achievement.
A history of implementing successful long-term technology partnerships
Contract negotiation and vendor management experience
Utilize excellent listening and analytical skills, a consultative selling approach, and be highly motivated
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Specialty skills in High Performance Computing, Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions
Understanding of Acceleration, Virtualization and Cloud technologies
Prior experience with Hyperscale and Cloud datacenters
Engineering Degrees, MBA a plus
