The General Clerk under limited supervision, provides support for one or more functional groups, including:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performance of a wide variety of specialized clerical functions involving compiling and arranging data, laying out and preparing reports, processing and coding documents, and maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing.
Sets up and prepares statistical reports.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel, etc.).
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Company hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Company will require proof of work authorization.
