This Functional Coordinator position provides Simply the Best customer service at all times. Responsibilities include providing advanced clerical/administrative support to a functional area by coordinating a variety of complex tasks. We're looking for a self-starter who wants to grow with us!
•Provides advanced clerical/administrative support to a functional area. Coordinates a variety of complex tasks under minimal supervision.
•Utilizes specialized skills to coordinate, review, oversee, or administer programs, projects or processes related to the function served.
•Consults and serves as an administrative liaison with bank personnel, outside vendors and/or customers.
•Maintains detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures and area's internal and external clients.
•Resolve discrepancies between the expected, reported and actual activity in accordance with internal department deadlines.
•Must possess an ability to prioritize their daily workload with minimal supervision in accordance with established department and investor deadlines.
•Must adhere to bank policies and procedures and comply with legal, regulatory and investor defined reporting, remitting and reconciling requirements.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•3 or more years in a high volume administrative role working on and resolving complex tasks.
•Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented
•Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
