The Store Fulfillment Operations Analyst is responsible for store support, customer escalation resolution & troubleshooting. The analyst participates in report development, distribution, follow up and overall support of the Store Fulfillment Team. An analyst will build and distribute management reporting, perform ad-hoc data analysis, and collaborate with the Store Operations team & other business partners as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
Leverage multiple Systems and Applications to extract data including SPManager, MyShip, Cognos, Oracle Business Intelligence, DDW, Portal, Pipeline, and Mainframe.
Provide support to stores to troubleshoot Fulfillment orders by reviewing and responding to Portal Forms & Store Emails.
Conduct daily review of On Line shipments, track and report discrepancies.
Assists measuring Store Fulfillment activity by building and distributing accurate management reporting through Excel or similar applications timely.
Effectively communicate to Central, Regional and District management on results and findings to ensure Store Compliance on Store Operations processes & metrics.
Collaborate with key business partners to obtain and share information and assist with Store Fulfillment initiatives.
Uses problem solving skills and performs ad-hoc data analysis to resolve issues in a timely-manner related to store workload, compliance, processing and/or shipping
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience required.
1-2 years retail stores or analyst experience strongly preferred.
Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of associates, including VP-level executives.
Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, identify efficiencies, and own projects
This position involves regular walking, standing, hearing, and talking.
May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Strong leadership profile and excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work to ensure all deadlines are adhered to.
Able to make sound decisions and considers customer-first before making decisions.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Access preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs.
Travel: Less than 25% of the time, predominantly to stores in the NYC area.
