Our FM works with multiple sites, they help their business partners understand financial decisions and are *the* trusted business advisor. Job Responsibilities include:
Controllership of the businesses and be able to support the business team (providing detailed or high level view according to the specific need) tapping into or consolidating the multiple P&L views the FM will be responsible for
Leading ad hoc financial analyses and new business development deals
Leading and participating as the key finance stakeholder in cross functional teams
Managing the reporting on weekly financial and operational performance metrics
Long and short term financial planning
Driving cross-business analytic projects for senior management, with financial modeling, data mining and presentation support
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field from an accredited institution and 7+ years of relevant finance experience OR master's degree and 5+ years of relevant finance experience
Ability to write SQL in order to tap into Company’s vast data warehouse, to answer business questions on the fly
Solid project management skills
Retail finance experience
Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases and complete root cause analyses
Advanced user of Excel
Strong verbal and written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
