This Financial Analyst role is part of the WI Finance Analyst Team, a Center of Excellence delivering actionable and insightful financial analysis to our business partners. The primary objective of the role will be to provide a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization. As a senior analyst on the WI Finance Analyst Team, the candidate will also be expected to mentor and train junior analysts on the team.
This role is responsible for conducting consultative analytics and creating executive level recommendations primarily supporting WI Investment Services and Personalized, Planning, and Advice within the Agile model. The position will also require a broad range of ad-hoc analytical support across WI. The analyses and insights delivered are critical components to drive business planning and ongoing decision making.

The Expertise You Have
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advance degree a plus
4+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record of in financial modeling and analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with experience in Tableau, Hyperion Essbase, FCAP, & FDH
Previous financial services experience

Drive high impact / high visibility projects and deliverables across WI
Lead analyst for WI Investment Services including support of the Asset Management Connection and Personalized, Planning, and Advice line finance responsibilities
Providing analyses and strategic recommendations to management and business partners
Synthesizing data, analyses, and conclusions into presentation form for senior management
Finding opportunities to streamline work processes to make the team more efficient and effective
Proactive partnership and communication with business and Finance partners
Leverage tools and business knowledge to continuously provide insightful information, reporting and analytics that evolve with changes in the business
Work with the business to understand investment opportunities and provide cost benefit analyses to support decision making
