The Company Business Navigation Team is seeking an analyst within Global Sales who has a desire to learn the businesses of ECommerce, Service & Sales Operations. The successful candidate will be an intellectually curious & self-motivated change agent with a bias for action. We are looking for a high energy individual interested in applying their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic global business environment. This role will support the Controller of Global E-Commerce & Service.
Support the Global ECommerce sales teams in setting & executing upon their long-term sales objectives through the evaluation internal & external business opportunities. Assist the team with any adhoc support requests related to billing inquiries, margin analysis & sales reporting.
Work with the Global Service team to evaluate how to most effectively interact with our end customers as it relates to customer satisfaction, resolution rates & financial performance within a sales channels.
Assist Sales Operations leadership in making sure they have the appropriate resources, structures & policies in place to enable the Global Sales team to meet their short and long-term sales targets.
Act as an internal agent within the Service & ECommerce channels, making sure all initiatives are approached from a perspective that benefits the Direct to Consumer group.
Work with the business teams to develop & publish operational and financial KPIs to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of Company website, Global Contact Centers, Digital Service & Order Management.
Manage all financial aspects of product displays deployed throughout the America's & Europe in conjunction with the Global Wholesale finance team.
Perform the month end close process for supported groups. Responsibilities will include journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, reporting and standard analysis of variances to plan. Reponsible for transitioning a substantial portion of this back office work to our GBS hub in Lisbon Portugal over the next 12-18 months.
Work with the rest of the Global Sales Business Navigation team to drive performance improvements in the businesses supported & within the team.
Perform ad hoc projects & standard work as required by the businesses.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong commitment to customers – both end consumer & internal business partners
Financially adept, but equally focused on long-term business planning & performance
Commercially skilled to interact with outside vendors & customer service providers
Demonstrated ability to turn data into insight & driven to become an expert in Power BI & Advanced Analytics
Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work effectively across a global organization.
Proven ability to partner with non- financial colleagues to drive business results
Desire to take on more ownership & develop additional skills as opportunities become available
Desire & ability to travel
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, SAP & Business Intelligence experience a plus.
Education and Experience:
BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
3+ years of experience
