Company is searching for a File Handler II to join the team at our facility in Indianapolis, IN.

We provide Sellers and Buyers with the best solution to process and acquire total-loss, recovered-theft, fleet lease, dealer trade-in and collision damaged rental vehicles.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):
Identifying non-negotiable title documentation
Sending Title Documents to owners, lien holders
Making calls to the DMV
E-mail adjusters/file handlers for status updates on title problems
Reviewing Flipped titles to ensure that the correct one was applied for
Place outbound calls: lien holders, attorneys, DMVS, branches, owners, and providers
Answer inbound calls
Process inbound mail: review and compare documents for accuracy against the host system and against state guidelines and requirements as well as provider SLAs
Preparing payments and authorizing payments for vehicles
Generate emails, letters and other correspondence when needed.
Follow well-established procedures under general direction of supervisor.
Trouble shoot and expedite problem assignments
Assist with other office functions as needed
High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
Title knowledge a plus
0-2 years’ relevant work experience required.
