The Network Security Lead will be responsible for the following:
+ Serve as a technical resource within the security team to document, build, and deploy secure systems in the cloud and on-prem
+ Provide uptime and security enhancements to the AWS cloud Assist in developing, implementing and enforcing policies to enhance cloud security.
+ Lead efforts in configuring, monitoring, supporting and implementing best practices of various security products - IPS/FW/WAF etc. in the cloud and on-prem.
+ Lead efforts in hardening system components according to CIS and/or STIG benchmarks.
+ Serve as a technical resource in security team efforts to build and deploy various configurations in the cloud and on-prem.
+ Assist in developing, implementing and enforcing policies to enhance cloud security.
+ Providing uptime and security enhancements to the AWS cloud.
+ Assist vulnerability management team in analysis remediation efforts.
+ US citizenship is required
+ 4 years of experience with network security
2 years Web Application Security (Layer 7 Network Security)
2 years Linux administration
1+ years of experience with STIG and/or CIS Hardening Implementation (Server, Network Devices)
+ Experience with AWS Cloud Security, Splunk Administrator or User Experience (w/ Enterprise Security), Barracuda WAF or Checkpoint NGFW Implementation/Admin, Vulnerability Management (Tooling, Scanning, Analysis, Remediation) and/or Ansible/Tower Automation Development
+ Bachelors Degree
An active security
clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
