As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost effective operations and maintenance of our Chandler Industrial Waste Systems (IWS) and RODI Systems in a 24x7 manufacturing environment, including the successful commissioning of new systems as well as the transfer of any new technology development. In addition, you will manage employees and/or outside contractors who operate, maintain and improve our systems. This position requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non-repetitive, analytical work and provide solutions to a wide range of challenging problems.
The successful candidate will also be accountable to foster a team culture in which safety, procedural adherence, operational excellence and results orientation are the foundation. As one of our operations leaders, you will be key to develop and grow our relationship with other business groups, such within the company locally and worldwide.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operations including metrology on owned equipment, system controls interfacing with multi-cross discipline engineers/technicians setting focus, discipline, and engineering led culture.
Enforcing detailed and/or accurate SOO's, operational, maintenance, Statistical Process Control (SPC) targets and control limits, RFC's, training, and design documentation of control systems.
Review of design, construction and operations.
Support of construction related projects and activities.
Responsible for all operations on a 7x24 basis.
Management of technicians including setting direction and performance management.
Close cooperation with factory operations.

Etensive partnering/interfacing with all CS engineering disciplines.
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
Willingness to learn/grow into technical areas beyond current education and area of expertise/experience.
Presentation and influencing skills.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering field.
4+ years of experience in:
Facilities management systems.
People management or project team management.
Semiconductor factory operations.
Industrial waste and Water purifications systems.
Facilities operations, technology development, and process transfer.
Facilities technology leader
Previous fab management experience
