◦ Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team’s goals and objectives and completion of day to day workloado Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requestedo Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assignedo Coordinate/support special events in support of client or JLLo Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directedo Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities· Communication and Relationship Coordinationo Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facilityo Act as an interface with client, visitors and guestso Ensure appropriate follow up with customerso Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal· Complianceo Properly and effectively administer and maintain all security systemso Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting o Assist with researching, analyzing and reporting budget variancesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities · Education/trainingo Associates degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required· Years of relevant experienceo 5 or more years experience with Facility Managemento 2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration· Skills and knowledgeo Superior customer service skills and orientationo Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situationso Ability to plan and manage work under time constraintso Ability to multitask and work without direct supervisiono Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skillso Strong organizational skills and collaborative style · Other abilitieso Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports
