Regular and predictable attendance required in order to meet the needs of the team and the client.
Supports the organization with on-going facility and team related responsibilities, including, but not limited to: budgetary creation, budget requests, financial analysis and reporting, purchasing, CCR development and approval process, NCR development approval process, and Invoice payment and closure.
Act as a liaison to Company finance team and client finance team as well as other account team members across the account.
Researches, analyze, and reports budget variances with the assistance of site M&O team. Issues monthly variance reports and presents to client.
Develop periodic reports supporting multiple site teams as well as acting as a resource for other facilities coordinators.
Supports facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings or cost avoidance.
Obtains quotes, develops and issues Purchase orders (PO), tracks PO against expense budgets, financially closes out PO’s.
Assembles all SLA/KPI data for monthly reporting to the client. Makes presentation of the data as required.
Participate in the inspections and other quality practices and procedures.
Continuously monitor established quality procedures, and resolve internal quality issues and customer complaints concerning product and or service dissatisfaction.
Directly interface, both verbally and written, with appropriate clients, vendors, and throughout all levels of the local Company organization.
Conduct planned inspections of the sites to check the level of service quality provided by in-house and vendor teams. These inspections should serve as an assurance of quality as measured by the surveys received from the clients.
Closely monitors work requests communicated by Company, the client and vendors.
Hold vendors accountable for delivering high quality service per contract expectations, partnering with vendors to continuously improve service quality, and resolve/troubleshoot service issues.
Candidate must be able to handle unforeseen roles and responsibilities on an as needed basis.
