The community is hiring an Executive Creative Director (writer) for our Miami Office. We repeat: the community is hiring an Executive Creative Director for our Miami office.
First and foremost, we are looking for a great creative with a portfolio of award-winning work. And a lot of experience selling great work. And being a strategic thinker. And leading your team. And being a nice person. And, well, you get it.
The role itself is to lead the Miami creative team on a large telecom client and report directly into our CCOs. It's highly conceptual, client facing and comes with a great deal of managerial responsibilities in addition to delivering great work.

Create great work
Collaborate with clients, client services and strategy teams to develop marketing and brand strategies for clients
Present creative rationale and strategies to internal teams and client stakeholders
Ensure overall quality of deliverables within the team
Supervise creative teams and ability to provide guidance, critiques and approval
Inspire teammates and coworkers
Lead by example
Oversee productions and delegate tasks to creatives
Oversee and create succinct copy for all projects (TV spots, OOH, experiential, digital activations, and whatever else comes your way)
Take teams many ideas and form into the best idea before presenting to the CCO
Requirements for Consideration:
10+ years of experience working in a fast-paced creative agency
A portfolio showcasing your best award-winning creative work
Proven client relationship skills
Strong understanding of business needs
Proven understanding of media spaces, techniques and storytelling
Be a master on its area of expertise
Excellent client presentation skills, including developing and presenting rationale for creative
Team leadership and delegation skills
To be up to date with latest technologies and trends
Experience in the telecom space a bonus but not required
