DESCRIPTION:
Company Television Distribution is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President, Communications. Administrative duties include answering phones and emails, handling expenses, scheduling meetings and booking travel. Additional duties include assisting with planning and executing events for the department and CTD shows. He/she will also be responsible for coordinating the quarterly internship program and any other requests from executive as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years assistant experience
Superior organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills
Must have proper phone etiquette
Must work well on deadline and under pressure
Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good judgment and attention to detail are essential
Must be willing to drive to various studios and locations throughout LA on a regular basis
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
A strong interest in television, new media public relations, and a degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism are recommended, but not required.
