5 years of administration experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
The Executive Assistant provides leader support, from managing clerical tasks to assisting with driving initiatives forward.
Process and distribute a high volume of internal and external mail, email and voicemail
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Prepare travel arrangements
Organize and record financial transactions and data
Organize schedules and prioritize meeting requests, working proactively to mitigate scheduling conflicts
Compose routine correspondence, such as for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
Schedule and coordinate team events, celebrations, lunches, etc.
Record notes as needed during meetings and communicate them to the appropriate parties
Conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives
Act as a liaison between the executive and all stakeholders
Review inquiries directed to the executive and determine the proper course of action to either delegate to the appropriate individuals or make decisions on behalf of the executive
