The Business Logic Management (BLM) function in Global Credit & Fraud Risk Capability (CFRC) is responsible for leading the transformation and modernization of key Credit & Fraud Risk management capabilities. This portfolio has unique technical and business acumen to design and develop business logic used across Risk Management solutions and provide cross-functional support across Risk Strategy, Product Management, Technology and Data Science teams.
This position is responsible for administrative support for the Vice President of Credit & Fraud Risk – Business Logic Management and the Vice President of Consumer Risk Management. The position is an integral part of dynamic and fast paced team that requires seamless collaboration and coordination across a wide range of businesses and levels. The ideal candidate must have experience in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks, have an interest and passion in supporting leaders and be able to work confidently and independently. This role also includes broader responsibilities to help VPs manage the team, which may include helping to manage the team’s budget, training and development programs, and other events and strategic initiatives.
Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business details
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
May direct and lead the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Strong administrative experience with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization as well as with external clients
Requires a high school diploma with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related Company websitey to work effectively with minimal supervision, self-disciplined and able to prioritize workload
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Energetic with outstanding interpersonal skills
Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills with global cultural sensitivity
High level of integrity required for handling of confidential information
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experience with web-based systems (Ariba Buyer, People-Track, Concur, etc.)
Flexibility to go above and beyond planned tasks in support of the team's success
The ability to work both independently and within a team structure and willing to step outside of the scope of normal responsibilities
Highly motivated, results orientated, able to build deep and profitable partnerships with both internal and external customers
Well-developed multi-task management and prioritization skills with the ability to make informed judgments
Flexible schedule preferred
