We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to join our PR and Internal Comms team. We want your help in creating unforgettable events for our employees that the Company brand is known for. We’re a small team supporting a growing company, so there's plenty of opportunity for growth and cross-functional projects. What you’ll do
• Assist with the planning and executing internal events (aka moments) by partnering cross-functionally to create a thoughtful and unforgettable experience that stays true to our brand.
• Provide production support for events by sourcing event supplies, working with vendors, keeping inventory and assisting in coordination.
• Coordinate meeting notes for internal and external planning, program recaps, etc.
• Other responsibilities include (but not limited to) are administrative tasks, travel coordination for guest speakers, invoicing, site visits and arts & crafts.
What we’re looking for
• 2-3 years of marketing, event management, or administrative experience
• Experience in ensuring projects are complete, meeting deadlines, and managing time efficiently
• A passion for events is resourceful, and always trying to think outside of the box
• An event coordinator who wants to continue to develop their toolbox and wants to learn and grow in their career with Company
• Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills is detail-oriented and has an eye for quality.
