Responsibilities:
Assist our head of Public Relations in coordinating events including, but not limited to premieres/screenings, comedy festivals and talent dinners, with responsibilities ranging from talent travel and schedule, venue coordination and any relevant marketing materials (i.e., posters).
Booking any necessary travel for talent (i.e. hotels, flights and car service), as well as compiling detailed schedules for all travel/appearances.
Oversee the press Vimeo sites, including uploading and maintenance.
Oversee all YouTube uploads for press needs (clips ,trailers, etc.), in coordination with Marketing and Content Ops.
Compile all press packets for each relevant Original Series or Specials (i.e., talent bios, episodic info, series descriptions, etc.)
Facilitate welcome packages for talent as well as all DVD screeners for critics (including screener info packets).
Assist with all Awards related materials and strategy, including screening sites, marketing/PR campaigns and events.
Communicate with our head of Public Relations as a point person for the Soho office.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
1-2 years of previous experience in administration or coordinator position
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience with content creative preferred
Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and superior skills in using Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel
Previous experience with project and/or event coordination preferred
