The Rates eTrading D2C team partners with several trading desks in the CIB across Rates, CEM and FIF to provide solutions for electronic trading on client markets. We are based predominantly in London, NYC and Buenos Aires but also maintain a presence in Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney and Mumbai, and the businesses we support span the globe. We cover several functional domains including pricing, contribution, execution, and STP, and manage the entire SDLC. As such, we are a diverse group of project managers, business analysts, and developers (front-end and back-end). Our systems facilitate the electronic trading of many products, the majority of which are securities and derivatives.
Business analyst role in CIB Macro Technology – Rates eTrading team. Candidate will be responsible for working on multiple projects with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables meet business requirements. This will include the analysis and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements, process and data modeling, validation of technical deliverables and testing. This role is part of a global team working closely with trading desks. This is a terrific opportunity for a high energy individual seeking broad exposure to the business. The role will have significant interaction with the Front Office Business and support teams
Must have worked on solution design through client problem statements and not just requirements notation.
Experience on global projects including facilitation of workshops with remote participants and rationalization of regional requirements.
Business knowledge of Rates products

Throughout a project the Business Analyst is also responsible for
Maintain a good relationship with key sponsors
Capture of business requirements and use cases (including screen designs)
Driving requirements through user due diligence and sign off
Partner with developers to ensure requirements are implemented as per specification
Establishing test strategy and test cases as we all as perform testing
Ensuring all risks and issues relating to scope and analysis managed appropriately
Ensuring that all re-usable resources and knowledge are stored in the appropriate knowledge base for the benefit of others in the team. This will include items that are not necessarily linked to any single project
Troubleshooting of issues including working with Level 1 + 2 support teams and business users
