The Enrollment Representative 3 processes applications from members, enrolls them on company platforms, and transmits enrollment to Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The Enrollment Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.
The Enrollment Representative 3 reviews reports and makes adjustments, additions, and deletions based on enrollment rules. Manages a daily inventory. Reports inventory daily. Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.
High School Diploma
Minimum 1 year Medicare experience
Prior healthcare insurance industry experience
Telephone contact and customer service work
Must be proficient in the use of technology (scanner, printer, internet navigation, email)
Basic proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Previous accounts receivable or billing experience

If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
