Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of **Endur Technical Analyst** located in **Houston** , **TX** / **United States** through **October 11, 2019** at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
Being accountable for the global delivery of the Supply and Trading GSAT applications:
+ Scope includes application operations support, investigation and resolution of incidents, problem management, change management, release management, environment management, the configuration of applications and metric reporting
+ Ensure effective collaboration/alignment between S&T IT Run Support Teams and ITC
+ Coordinate requests and/or requirements with respective S&T IT and ITC support teams
+ Escalate incidents to appropriate S&T IT and ITC support teams
+ Provide primary support for Endur trading system.
+ Manage, plan and participate in weekly system maintenance activities.
+ Act as a liaison with the vendor for escalations.
**Ensure Supply and Trading SLA is being met:**
+ Provide feedback to the Contracting Business Partner management
+ Timely escalation to LT for any deviations from expected SLAs
**Ensuring the infrastructure meets Compliance, SOX and Audit requirements:**
+ Conduct necessary compliance and risk management processes to meet organizations metrics
+ Responsible for Disaster Recovery process planning, testing and execution for the Supply and Trading applications residing on Infrastructure supported by the team
+ Responsible for applications compliance with Cybersecurity requirements.
**Performing Impact investigations to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions:**
+ Ensure all incidents are entered into the IT reliability tool/Problem Management Module for scoring and tracking
+ Monitor to ensure all assigned action items are completed
+ Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent.
+ Endur infrastructure support (experience 3-5 years minimum) Advance
+ (Building environments from scratch, configure spread, deploying code, CMM/Config, EOD support, setting up ICE/ e-confirm interface, Endur Grid setup)
+ Knowledge of Windows server support, Firewall & networks, Citrix. Intermediate
+ Working experience with CI/CD, Jenkins or ADO, Ansible, power shell - Intermediate
+ Oracle DBA skill preferred. Basic
+ Good technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills on Endur platform; areas of focus include: ITC Hosting services, network and Database Management practices; Demonstrated breadth of technical skills in a wide range of technologies; Ability to grasp new technologies and translate into business value; Act as a technical SME for trading system application infrastructure.
+ Leverage resources across teams for optimal results, ability to build relationships; Self-directed; able to effectively manage time/schedule/prioritize as well as multi-task.
+ Ability to quickly learn current state, apply technical concepts across multiple functions (Supply and Trading), and identify opportunities to improve business value through technology. Knowledge of the Supply and Trading business space is desired, but not required.
+ **This role will include written and oral communication with many levels of the organization including business and suppliers. The successful candidate should be able to communicate in a clear, concise and understandable manner, adjusting communication to the audience to a wide variety of audiences.**
