Position at Everyday Health
Company website is seeking an e-Health Editor to lead our e-health content strategy and execution to establish Company website as the go-to resource for the latest reviews on e-health products. As a member of Company website’s editorial team, you will help inspire and educate readers on how they can use these tools to enhance how they manage chronic health conditions, family health, mental health, wellness, and more.
Build out Everyday Health’s consumer content coverage in emerging m-/e-health areas.
Research, report, and write reviews and consumer guides on the latest medical devices, gadgets, products, apps, tele-health services, and online courses.
Establish an evaluation and ratings system for reviews of products, devices, and online services.
Develop a roster of e-health writers who can cover trends, reviews, and patient profiles on people who are using e-tools to better manage a health condition.
Edit and publish e-health articles; track and report performance week over week.
Work with the head of original video content to create dynamic, user-friendly product video reviews.
Work with product and design on creating a user-friendly template for product reviews.
Attend industry conferences and media events, including Consumer Electronics Show, to stay on top of the latest emerging trends in the e-health category
Build relationships with industry leaders in the e-health space.
5 to 7 years of online journalism experience, excellent writing and editing skills.
Great interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and effectively with fellow Editorial team members and with other departments
Passion for health and wellness.
Ability to handle multiple projects at once under tight deadlines.
Photography and video experience a plus.
