Company AlKhafrah Industrial Gases (ALKIG), delivering gas solutions to a wide range of customers and markets through packaged, bulk or on-site supplies (e.g., automotive, metal fabrication, food & beverage, oil & gas, water treatment, laboratories, etc.). In addition, ALKIG hosts Company’s Middle East Specialty Gases business unit, delivering pure gases and advanced mixtures meeting the most stringent quality requirements
The mission is to ensure the proper implementation regarding document control of ALKIG Management Procedures (including IMS, Quality, Environment, Safety, Food safety) within all departments.
Accountabilities & related Activities:
1. Is the leader for continuous improvement of the existing IMS documentation system
Distributing new subsidiary's IMS documents to all concerned users (Head of departments).
Distributing revised subsidiary documents to all users with removal instructions for the version that has been superseded.
Ensuring that only “controlled” subsidiary IMS documents (that kept on server/intranet web page/ document management system software) are used in work activities.
Maintaining current lists of reviewers, approvers and updating the names in the distribution list by functions in order to distribute the subsidiary IMS documents to the relevant persons
Maintaining a master list of all subsidiary IMS documents identifying the current revision.
Assigning document code numbers for MPs, Safety & Shared SOPs.
Serving as the interface with the Group SIS Document Control Manager on documentation issues.
Supervises the facilities IMS Representatives for the document control issues related to their facilities.
He/She may participate in the IMS audits.
Informs the IMS Manager & IRMR with all the recently issued IMS documents whether they were currently applicable to Company Egypt facilities or not.
Ensures that the employees have received / acknowledged the new documents receiving through the IMS Software.
2. Follow IMS procedures implementation progress through the IMS Software
Evaluates with Operation managers the current indicators followed for IMS and adapts requirements if necessary.
Provides trends analysis and alerts managers according to indicators assessment
Provides regular IMS performance reports from the IMS Software and improvement recommendations to the IMS Manager
Reports on the status of incorporation of the group procedures, Group technical standards and Group emergency Instructions in the Subsidiary IMS to the IMS Manager
Education and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.
English Language is a MUST.
More than 3 years experience in relevant field.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Deep & strong Knowledge with ISO Management Systems structure & organization and document control techniques.
