As the Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, Operationsyou will be given the opportunity to play a meaningful role in continuously improving our workplace. You will partner closely, internally, with the D&I team, the Communications team, and other key members of the HR team to ensure alignment and focus. Your experience, insights, and confidence will help us to deliver and continue to make Company an outstanding place to work!
This role will be based in Plano, Texas and reports to the Head of Diversity and Inclusion.
You will:
- Help to build, integrate and promote lasting D&I solutions and plans that cultivate an open and inclusive environment
- Provide consultation to HR Business Partners on D&I unit strategies and action plans; including talent planning and career growth & development.
- Report out on overall D&I Budget (ex. how are we tracking without human capital investments in ERG, Program spend, UR spend, L&D spend)
- Conduct quarterly D&I progress and action planning sessions
- Coordinate and drive partnership with consultants, employment attorneys, recruiters, Talent Management, and Compensation and Benefits partners to craft annual US governmental affirmative action plans.
- Partner with HR reporting team and vendors to submit annual EEO reporting; handle vendor contracts / relations related to these activities.
- Govern D&I communications including plans, design, content, and maintenance of all channels in partnership with communications / branding team.
- Perform external research and benchmarking; use data, insights, and industry trends to lead, influence, support, and facilitate organizational change.
- Network with other leading organizations on D&I standard methodologies
- Partner with Global D&I team on annual D&I reporting
