As the Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, ERG you will be given the opportunity to play a meaningful role in continuously improving our workplace. Can you see yourself using your skills to help ensure strategic changes and improve belonging across Company's North American market area? As a key member of the Talent team, you will do just that! You will closely partner with the Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leaders, Communications, and other key members of the HR team to ensure alignment and focus. Your experience, insights, and confidence will help us to deliver and continue to make Company an outstanding place to work!
This role will be based in Plano, Texas and reports to the Head of Diversity and Inclusion.
Help to build, integrate and promote lasting D&I solutions and plans that cultivate an open and inclusive environment.
Align ERGs in setting and delivering on their annual strategic plans; ensuring their efforts, practices and initiatives align with the D&I strategy, and are prioritized and operationalized.
Perform tactical ERG duties such as: ERG alignment / project management, campaign coordination, budget, and metrics.
Support D&I Program Manager and recruiting team by facilitating use of ERG talent and resources for external and internal engagements.
Network with other leading organizations on D&I standard and ERG methodologies.
Serve as North American ERG liaison to global D&I community.
Assist in identifying and contributing towards awards and recognition opportunities pertaining to D&I and ‘employer of choice’ for Company North America.
Solid organization and prioritization skills; attention to detail and a goal-orientation.
Capability to switch gears rapidly; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Research, benchmarking and project implementation skills.
Influencing without authority, thinking and perform proactively, and function independently
High level of comfort using data in decision making; analytical, strategic and programmatic thinking
High EQ / interpersonal savvy and cross-functional team experience
Excellent active listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
Internal and external networking skills
You might also have:
1+ years leading ERGs and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related subject area
