The Diverse Talent Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategy and tactics aimed at building a diverse Company website includes creating programs, processes and tools aimed at identifying, acquiring, developing and retaining diverse talent enterprise-wide
Design and deliver programs and tactics that increase Company’s diverse leadership pipeline
Coach Company business leaders in tactics and practices that demonstrate Company’s Employer Value Proposition and attract diverse talent. Coach leaders and managers in inclusive leadership practices aimed at retaining diverse talent.
Work closely with the Program Manager, D&I and Associate Resource Groups to create talent retention tactics and deliver development activities for Affinity Resource Group members. Leverage Affinity Resource Groups and Company’s referral program to build talent pools.
Partner with talent leaders (Learning, Performance, talent acquisition, talent management) to identify and manage bias in the talent management process. Design policies and practices that promote equity in the talent pipeline
Conduct Change Management efforts that embed diversity thinking, metrics and practices in talent and HR policies and practices
Develop innovative talent acquisition sourcing strategies aimed at recruiting and retaining under represented talent. Consult and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and function business leaders to implement tactics to engage diverse talent pools.
Partner with external organizations to develop tactics to improve diversity in Company’s applicant pool.
Support outreach tactics to better recruit in compliance with government regulations (Section 503, VEVVRA).
Create and leverage a diverse talent pipeline made up of internal and external prospects.
Build internal partnerships with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Business leaders to ensure continued progress toward Diversity and Inclusion and HR Strategic objectives
Bachelor degree in related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred
7-10 years of HR and/or Diversity and Inclusion Experience is preferred (HR Compliance, Business Partner, Talent, HRIS, Learning & Development, Organization Development)
Integrative thinker who builds cross functional coalitions and project teams
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Diversity and Inclusion
