The District Manager is accountable for the sales leadership and overall management of the financial needs of a group of retail branches within a defined geographic or business region. Provides input to influence the strategic direction of important policies, procedures and programs. Represents the corporate pillars of governance, optimization, and customer focus to achieve growth within the bank and the community. Creates and maintains cost-effective programs and budgets for units. Proactively coaches and manages staff to include performance management and development. Builds and maintains critical internal and external partnerships. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check.
