The director of store development contributes to Company success by leading new store development and existing store portfolio management within a defined region. Ensures a well-defined strategic plan of new store openings is implemented in each region. Manages all aspects of new store development to support the Company's rapid and profitable growth in each region. Manages a cross functional team of real estate, construction, and portfolio partners to maintain the Company experience for our customers and partners. Models and act in accordance with Company guiding principles.

Planning and Execution - Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results
Business Requirements - Providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities
Partner Development & Team Building - Providing partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams

Real estate deal-making and negotiations – 10 years
Financial planning and market analysis – 10 years
Strategic planning – 10 years
Managing remote activities and partners – 10 years
Progressive experience managing a retail or restaurant new store rollout – 7 years
Construction management in retail and general contracting – 5 ears
