In this role you will provide leadership to management and execute on operational strategies for Strategic Sourcing Partnerships and Programs. You will identify operational efficiencies and implement processes to provide a consistent infrastructure for the Strategic Sourcing Partnerships and Programs. You will oversee and manage the design and development of software applications and monitor the day-to-day business unit operations and systems.
Plan and improve operational activities with awareness and knowledge of various company processes. Facilitate the development and long-term success of Strategic Sourcing Partnerships and Programs.
Manage Aggregation Solutions, Custom Sourcing Solutions and CHA business by providing back office support, performance tracking, and fostering coordination between dedicated service teams.
Maintain and establish operational metrics to identify weaknesses and redundancies to achieve process improvement goals.
Develop project pipelines for planning and executing on improvement priorities.
Provide leadership and direction to internal partners to gather business requirements for effective business decisions.
Manage and direct the work of software engineers to ensure the best practices around software development.
Interact with leadership to design effective programs to maintain and cultivate a continuous improvement culture.
Create and maintain a library of best practice documents.
Create and maintain a database to track and assign subject matter experts for critical skills and areas of expertise.
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote implementation.
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
Supervise staff across functions and provide constrictive direction and feedback.
Relevant degree preferred.
7 or more years of work experience in contract negotiations and management experience required.
Experience in healthcare supply cost management, contracting and coordination of multiple key relationships preferred.
Experience using leading methodologies and processes preferred.
Established track record of meeting individual and team business goals.
Ability to coach and support others through leadership and collaborative partnership skills.
Experience in developing customized solutions for large complex organizations using consultative skills.
