Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting and/or planning and execution of, strategic initiatives that drive the success of the Company Business sales operations organization. Proactively identifies opportunities for maximizing revenue generation, improving processes, analyzing performance metrics, and/or realizing efficiencies and cost savings. Regularly interacts with senior and executive leadership across multiple organizations to communicate strategies, execute plans and manage expectations. Develops and implements strategy for functional area(s). May have responsibility for developing and managing a budget. May have responsibilities in leading a team
Core Responsibilities:
• Drives simplification of processes and functionality on product and system initiatives that would impact sales.
• Identifies policy impacting process changes and recommends solutions.
• Directs the preparation and installation of information systems plans, policies, and procedures, including design of source documents, technical direction of operations, back-up methods, and management reports.
• Understands and identifies opportunities to improve end users time in motion for sales and sales support processes.
• Own short term proof of concept projects from inception to completion with full analysis, and go forward recommendations.
• Analyzes performance and adoption metrics on specific initiatives, processes and tools
• Directs the continuing review of all current sales processes and supporting systems for formulation of future enhancements to efficiently accomplish business purposes within budget.
• Insure end user training material is in alignment with the the roles actual business dynamics
• May Recruit, build, and nurture a high performance team.
• Manages activities within budget.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Required to work on location at Philadelphia, PA building
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Information Sciences, Technology, Computer Science
• Sales Operations experience required
• Generally requires 10+ years related experience
• Company website certified is required
