Responsible for directing and managing the Technical Operations and Engineering strategic project portfolio. Accountable for resource capacity management, project collision calendar and adherence to the PWA (Project Web Access) methodologies. Develops and maintains project plans for implementation and successful delivery of strategic projects. Oversees coordination of region and division cross-functional initiatives to successfully drive alignment and a unified one PMO.

Proven leadership experience managing a team of project managers
Proven ability to manage complex and large scale projects using the prescribed PWA methodology
Ability to deliver projects and tasks strategically and tactically
Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written and comfortable with executive presentations
Exceptional ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and exert effective influence in a matrix organization.
Ability to think strategically while driving tactical portfolio and program execution
Attention to detail without becoming lost in the details.
Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Project Management Office processes and standards.
Manages day to day PMO operations to ensure department delivers all goals and objectives as set forth by leadership. Ingratiate with project managers to embed the West Division culture in each project one by one
Division intake management researching, designing, and developing corporate, division, and/or region level projects that deliver cost-effective services to support the Company's business objectives.
Leads projects of major importance to overall business operations. Works with various project managers, senior managers and leaders to lay out project implementation guidelines and plan for resource requirements
Assists with staffing requirements relating to corporate projects. Conducts interviews, hires, and trains new employees for specific project assignments.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Adheres to all customer callback policies and procedures, compliance with Company elevations processes and procedures delivering an exceptional customer experience
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
– Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
– Generally requires 10+ years related experience
Proven experience in portfolio management
Microsoft Project Server and Project Web Access experience
PMP a plus
