Director of Strategic Planning/ Freestyle

Today Coca-Cola has more than 500 brands. Over 700,000 people in our system help deliver those brands to customers and consumers every day. As the Company evolves so does the Freestyle Strategic Planning Team.
While understanding how and where value is created within the context of Freestyle (a division within a larger Foodservice entity) the Director of Strategic Planning will play a key role in the development of and performance management against, 1-5-year Freestyle strategies and business plans. This role will lead key initiatives to deliver customer value and ensure that strategy is appropriately translated into business plans. This subject matter expert will be responsible for:
Overall leadership accountability for the development of holistic view on Freestyle’s multi-year strategic roadmap and ensuring continuous alignment to company, client and customer business strategies, including development of stakeholder strategies and approaches, tools, templates and processes to be used by Freestyle Dispensed Center functions.
Collaborating with Freestyle cross-functional leaders to develop the holistic business strategy and influence implementation of business solutions.
Ensuring Freestyle strategy is appropriately translated through integrated strategic planning and performance management process.
Performing internal and external research (including competitive intelligence) to evaluate and analyze potential medium to long-term changes in the operating environment and to identify potential targets in support of Freestyle strategies.
Driving process innovation and change management initiatives.
Serving as the key point of contact for FSOP-level strategy and performance management routines
Serving as a key leader on the foodservice leadership team by working in conjunction with the Freestyle VP, General Manager to develop and communicate annual Freestyle Work that Matters Most
Provide leadership of ongoing weekly FSLT routines
Provide ad-hoc support for internal and external presentations
Serve as delegate to VP in FSOP level strategy, planning and performance management meetings
Establish and maintain partnerships with FSOP Planning & Strategy, FSLT members and platform leads
Planning guidance and critical planning deliverables (e.g. Freestyle team plan reviews with FSOP President, etc.)
Freestyle business performance management deliverables , as directed by the FSOP routines (e.g.. team “business deep dives” with FSOP President, monthly updates to CCNA leadership.)
Required Experience (15+ years)
Preferred Experience (15+ years)
Related foodservice experience within the CPG industry
Experience working in a technical, integrated design and development environment
Business plan development
Analytical, project management and story-telling experience
