Descriptions of Role:
Reporting to CloudLock’s Head of Product Delivery, the Director of Product Operations is an operating partner, collaborator and driving force for strategic initiatives on behalf of the CTO & Head of PD often working independently of them within their teams and cross functionally. The Director of Product Operations is a principal representative for the Head of PD and CTO in key operating meetings and cross functional activities. He/She constantly evaluates current state of team & organization against future state defining & pushing the team towards next steps based on priority and value. The Director of Product Operations keeps the CTO and Head of PD aware of opportunities to be considered both internally and externally. Multi-focal intelligence: the Director of Product Operations must have a quick but thorough grasp of the salient issues and details of each initiative to be able to make evaluations and recommendations to the CTO & Head of PD.
Responsibilities:
Partner w/ CTO & Head of PD:
Collaborate and contribute to strategy and planning
Strategy execution: Manage and drive the execution and achievement of key strategic initiatives in partnership with Head of PD and CTO.
Chair weekly operational meetings. Establish and manage organization wide KPI’s. Manage execution KPIs in partnership with PD and CTO team leaders. Present operating metrics and analysis at weekly operational meetings.
Form strong working relationship with Executives, CTO & PD teams
Ensure follow-through on the part of key players, and helps sustain momentum toward goals
Partner w/ HR & COS:
Support learning & development programs as needed
Take initiative to research and facilitate relevant team and capabilities growth opportunities
Organizational Rhythm (working alongside the CEO’s COS)
Ensure execution of Quarterly goal setting and alignment
Support execution of Monthly All hands to ensure CTO/Dev team has relevant voice
Meeting Facilitations & Follow Through
Assist CTO & Head of Product Delivery in developing communication between committee meetings, setting agendas, creating initial drafts of communications to key strategic team members, helping to prioritize plans for addressing issues that are impacting progress towards initiative benchmarks.

BS in a technical field (EE, ME, CS)
MBA (preferred)
