What is the opportunity?
The Director of Cash Management leads the development and execution of Company’s cash management strategy to deliver digital cash management and banking solutions to clients. The focus of this position is to oversee and enhance existing cash management and banking services solutions and help develop and implement any required new cash and banking product solutions for clients of Company US Wealth Management (USWM). This includes leading large, complex cross-organization projects to proactively develop strategies which identify product, regulatory, and competitive opportunities to ensure that the cash management and banking services products meet the needs of clients and support the goals of Company USWM. This individual also will be responsible for developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy to help drive the newly developed cash management solutions within our existing client base.
What will you do?
Design, manage and execute the cash management and banking services strategy for Company Wealth Management including the Investment Access Account, checking products, VISA Platinum Debit Card and online bill payment services
Lead the team by managing activities related to banking and cash services as well as grow deposit balances
Lead the development of client segmentation strategy to define service and solution bundles targeted at specific client’s personae’s. Specifically redesign PCG’s premier client benefits and determine if other client segmentation service bundles are required
Develop and deliver our cash management and banking services platform to an integrated digital platform that offers seamless client experience
Partner with business technology, IT and project delivery teams to implement key technology enhancements to support the USWM banking services strategy which includes developing and executing an online and mobile banking technology roadmap
Partner with the head of Company’s Technology and Advice and Solutions to develop cash management solutions for high net worth clients.
Identify, assess and develop potential gaps and solutions to exiting products, solutions and operations processes
Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-organizational initiatives not specifically related to cash management, but that involve or impact cash management products/services as well as negotiate and manage external vendor contracts and partners across the Company organization
What do you need to succeed?
Minimum of 10 years of financial services experience preferably in wealth management and/or banking with a minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
A solid understanding of cash management and banking products including checking, debit cards, credit cards, online bill payment, and online/mobile banking technology/services.
Experience in developing and implementing online and mobile cash management solutions
Experience with digital banking capabilities and driving adoption of cash management and banking solutions
Series 7 & 66 required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
A proven ability in building cross functional teams to help develop and execute on strategic initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization and a strong ability to build relationships and influence without authority
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to research, learn, assimilate and apply information and concepts
Highly motivated and resourceful self-starter who displays strong initiative and out of the box thinking.
Extremely detail oriented with strong project and change management skills as well as strong facilitation and presentation skills
