The Act Two career relaunch program at Company is a 6-month paid, fixed-term role for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for personal reasons such as caregiving. The program is open to women and men who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce (in an office/ corporate environment) for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or another dependent. The Human Resources Director is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR leadership, direction and expertise for the Ad Sales organization with a client group of ~400 employees. In collaboration with the Sr Director, Human Resources – Ad Sales, this person will provide day to day client support and strategic HR solutions for Ad Sales vertical teams.
Lead and leverage HR processes (incl. Staffing, Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation/Reward Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Communication) for client groups
Partner/collaborate with leadership team to align and execute HR strategies in support of ad sales initiatives
Manage complex employee relations issues including organizational and structural changes
Develop and implement appropriate change management plans
Implement and monitor adherence to HR policies, procedures and practices
Provide advice, counsel and coaching to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
Identify, select, develop and retain world-class talent and ensure a dynamic pipeline
Uncover, assess and propose opportunities for HR process
Minimum 8 years professional level HR generalist experience
